MPI Group was originally formed in 1981 to publish Drydock magazine, the well respected ship repair, maintenance and conversion magazine. Alongside this MPI also publishes the Fitz Atlas of Coating Defects. The aim of the Atlas is to illustrate the range of coating and surface defects likely to be encountered, and give advice on probable causes, prevention and repair.
