The project

Maritime Services International's owner Ian Biles was keen for his company to have a greater market presence and identity within the marine surveying industry.  There was too much of a reliance on his name being the focus rather than the company.

Our brief 

Re-brand MSI and formulate a marketing and sales strategy to communicate the new image to the marketplace and generate new business meetings with prospects.

The solution

Satzuma have put in place a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy

  • Contacted existing clients for their views and opinions of MSI
  • Created a new brand for the company, including the design and print of all corporate literature
  • Research and development of prospects compiled into our contact management system
  • marketing plan developed, including advertising, PR, website creation and  e-marketing campaigns
  • Telemarketing to follow up on leads generated by the marketing activity.
  • In a year we have generated over 100 new business meetings!
