Flamingo Lakes

The project

Flamingo Lakes is a master planned gated community in Mexico of 2,500 villas and condominiums, developed around 27 holes of golf and offering residents world class leisure amenities including a beach club and marina.

Having secured infrastructure loan funds, the development needed to move from ground level investors to end user sales around the globe targeting North America and Mexico.

Create a marketing and sales strategy to sell the remaining property to end users.

Satzuma have put in place a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy

  • The brand has been redesigned and made more appealing
  • The web site has been rebuilt to include increased functionality previously missing
  • Market research confirmed the key target segments
  • A network of sales channels is being establised across the world
  • All communication collateral has been redesigned
  • A full support package for sales channels has been established and the sales process on site has been re-evaluated, to ensure the maximum conversion of all leads
