The Core Modules (MA-MF) are compulsory and are to be studied by all candidates.

In order to sit the examination for the Marine Surveying Diploma, Specialist Modules in either Cargo (C1-C13) Engineering (E1-E4) and Industry (IN1-IN10)  must be studied.
