Welcome to our new online Sails & Rigs course, this one modular course will give you a thorough insight into the industry.

The Sails & Rigs course can be used by aspiring yacht Riggers and sailmakers looking for a qualification, professional yacht crew looking to add to their CV to show technical prowess and to learn more about the process of construction of the highest quality modern rigs and sails, marine surveyors updating and upgrading their knowledge as part of cpd. 

The course is designed for marine professionals with at least a basic understanding of the design and construction of modern rigs & sails, servicing techniques and areas of concern.  This course delves deeper into the subject and provides in depth knowledge, focusing more on the construction process, servicing and surveying techniques which require additional knowledge and an upgrade in skills.

The Course

The online course consists of 1 module that must be completed within 6 months. The module consists of text and pictures to help you with your learning and a 20 multiple choice assessment which you are expected to pass by 70%.
